at 1:05 these aren't the droids you are looking for, but instead my glorious youtube debut(t). pretty sure this was not the night i had a blowout(in spin class?!) and crashed into the bike next to me. lucky still to have all my fingers. it was quite spectacular... 

anymore instead of doing a class, i use this.  from time to time layers of dust accumulate on the saddle, and the handlebars become ersatz coat hangers.  c'mon, i know i am not alone there.

wish i'd figured out a way to calibrate an odo to it many years ago.  ye olde revmaster sure has been instrumental for quick late night workouts as well as marathon sessions. the real incentive, however, is i get to adore myself in the mirror facing. you know that's doubleplussgood.

somewhere there's vid footage of kelly and me doing an alt rollers/spin bike workout after aborting mission outdoors one morning when we'd set out with temps 16 ^oF.  weren't feeling our flahute that day, but we definitely felt burning nerve cells in our hands as fingertips slowly thawed once back indoors. that is now known as the beck weathers ride.
