rob zombie says more human than ...hymen?

i recently bought the soundtrack from crazy heart off itunes. good movie, excellent acting, and for someone who does not routinely listen to country or blues to say the music was astounding, well, that's an endorsement i'd think. t bone burnett is a musical demigod.
my computer has been flaking out for the last several months. the cause is likely a combo of innards coated w thick dust, filth and primordial slime, and 17 trazillion saved emails and digipics. don't call me a hoarder; i don't have to step over a single email or picassa photograph to get to my whataburger cup collection and stacked up jack in the box crimped-edged iridescent anodized aluminum foil ash trays.
anyway, periodically in mid sweet wave carve while surfing the internets, the cpu goes narcoleptic. i lose "work", mess up files, and from time to time, music halfway through downloading will vanish into the ether.
when i noticed only some of the songs from the soundtrack made it to the "purchased music" file in my eye toons library, i emailed in to report my problem. almost immediately i received 10 separate emails, one for each missing track , auto generated routines and subroutines that, when they sleep, dream of electronic sheep. these robot notes addressed the issue while attempting to talk me down, talk me through. i have to admit, i was impressed w the system.
the instructions were absolutely maroon proof. how do i know this? i have the whole album now in my file. if a set of instructions looks too jumble-y or appears to go on and on, i don't care if it is a paint by numbers or heart surgery 1-2-3, i am not going to read the whole thing; the horse will get half painted and the patient needing a quad will get a triple bypass instead. it is a personality flaw i fully admit.
but the instructions sent to me for lost music retrieval were concise and effective.
got a polite email today signed by tresa from itunes store customer support. i am not a cynic, i swear, but i kinda think she may be an android, one of the ones photographed and standing up in the window of all the imac stores. actually, at least those are 2D, theresa may be only 1s and 0s. but maybe she is real. her note read

it's actually immaterial at this point anyway whether or not she's semiconductor or skin, because my problem is solved, but i do enjoy dealing with living organisms when the opportunity is there; people have mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and deviated septums, and i like all those things. i hoped teresa was real. i wanted her to be, so i reached out.
Tresa, are you a human or a computer? If a human, thank you very much for the nice follow up note. Good customer service is a rarity these days, so I appreciate it. You helped me solve my problem and were particularly quick about it. Thanks again.
If you are a computer, you followed your if/then flowchart routine well. But, still I am hoping for a hymen.
You have a wonderful year as well! Lauren
the "y" and the"u" are just right there, two atoms from each other. i got no excuse for the "e" and "a".
it's valentines. if tresa really is real, do you think she thought i was coming on to her? if not, she can resume dreaming of electronic sheep instead of me.
for all you lovers out there, from rob zombie and me to you. incidentally, i find it hugely coincidental, time portal opening even, that a lyric in here is dialogue from blade runner.
